Price and billing

U&WF Plus is billed monthly in pounds sterling. The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Your 14-day cancellation right

If you buy online you generally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you’d like to cancel in that window, contact us at the contact address shown on our support page and we’ll refund you, less a proportionate amount for any days you’ve already used the service if you asked it to start straight away.
